Maybe you’ve already tried supplementation without getting any results. This could very well be true… but are you aware that having the right nutrition, plenty of exercise and taking the right supplements is the answer to your need?
All these factors are important to gain height and experience a healthy lifestyle.
Protein… yes, that is the most important nutrient of all for anyone wishing to gain height. But, as it is with everything, don’t overdo it. Too much of anything always works against you.
Where do you find protein? Meat, fish, poultry and eggs are important sources, but you may also add some dairy products into your complete body’s protein intake.
Beware of trans fats (the fats usually used in all cakes, biscuits, packaged goods, take aways). Eat good saturated fats. These come from clean healthy animals such as those allowed to roam pastures rather than being held in confining farms to fatten them up quickly. Also, raw clean cream and unsalted raw butter provide you with minerals taken up by the cow from the grass… and also provides you with Vitamin K.
Try to avoid all vegetable oils which in most cases give you the wrong types of fats for your body.
Now, what we are trying to achieve is to gain height… not weight. So, please avoid taking in too much. Listen to and watch your body. Become aware of your body’s needs.
Height supplements… what are they?
Obviously we need to concentrate on our bones, so making sure you receive enough calcium is very important. Calcium makes your bones stronger and also enhances their growth. Calcium that comes from protein rich foods and dairy products would be the best source.
Have you every tried blackstrap molasses? It comes from the first processing of the sugar cane and is packed full of minerals and vitamins… especially calcium. It has a strong flavour but is worth getting used to for it’s many benefits.
You would also be needing magnesium intake, and you can definitely get this from milk. It is recommended that one should consider drinking probably two glasses of milk before going to bed. Raw, unpasteurized is the best by far… or goat’s milk.
Now, if you are determined to gain height, there definitely are some unhealthy habits that need to be avoided… as well as they truly are detrimental to your health:
1. Alcohol
2. Smoking
3. Junk foods
4. Soda’s or soft drinks
5. Too much carbohydrates or sugars
6. Food that is too salty
So, what do we need to do?
1. Eat healthy food
2. Get plenty of sleep
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Exercise regularly
Water keeps the body hydrated. This is important for good health. It also allowed the vitamins to be easily absorbed in the bloodstream and have these nutrients transported to different parts of the body, including the bones and muscles.
This helps your bones and muscles to grow longer, stronger and larger.
